Shipping and Returns

Our products are delivered in France, Germany and Austria. For all other countries, please contact us.

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the item(s) in your basket and the type of item(s) ordered before any discounts or reductions. The price of delivery is then applied to your order at checkout based on the weight of the items in your order.

For our textile items and accessories such as mugs and bags, the price is 6,90€ for France, Germany and Austria.

For our vinyl items (placemats and coasters) the charges are as follows: 

You have 14 days to return the items in their original packaging to the following address: Ma chérie Mon amour by HILDMANN GmbH, Rothmundstr. 8, 80337 München, Deutschland, info@macheriemonamour.com. You will find our refund policy in the refund page together with the returns form.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us. Once we have received your return, we will refund you within 48 hours using the same method of payment you used to purchase your item(s).
